This policy explains how Growth pact handles personal data when you use the service.
Data processed
Growth pact may process your account identifier, email address, username, counters, intentions, streaks, check-ins, relapses, moods, difficulty scores, notes, badges, comments, partner requests, and sharing settings.
Technical data needed for security and service operation may also be processed by the application and its hosting providers.
Why this data is used
The data is used to create and secure your account, authenticate you, display your counters and history, save your check-ins, unlock badges, manage partner sharing, and let you delete your account.
The legal basis is mainly the performance of the service you request. Security and abuse prevention may also rely on legitimate interest.
Sharing and hosting
Your data is not sold. It may be processed by technical providers used to operate Growth pact, including Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication and database services.
If you choose to share counters with partners, the selected information becomes visible to those partners inside Growth pact.
Retention
Account and tracking data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, Growth pact deletes the account data and related counters, streaks, check-ins, relapses, badges, comments, and partner links.
Some technical traces may be retained by infrastructure providers for security, diagnostics, or legal compliance according to their own retention rules.
Cookies and technical storage
Growth pact may use cookies or equivalent technical storage needed for authentication, security, language preference, and service operation.
Growth pact does not currently use advertising trackers or audience measurement cookies. Any non-essential audience measurement or advertising tracker would require prior consent before being used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection when those rights apply.
You can update your username and delete your account from your profile. For any other privacy request, contact the publisher at the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your data protection rights have not been respected.
